
Member Charges
Our simple charging structure at BCF is designed to keep costs as low and transparent as possible.
As a not-for-profit organisation, our fees are used to manage investments, keep the Scheme running smoothly and provide a high quality service in line with industry best practice.
There is no initial charge for members setting up a pension pot with BCF. Members pay an annual management charge, which is calculated as a percentage of the member’s total fund each year.
Annual management charge 0.5% of fund value.
After a review by the Trustees of the Scheme, all post-retirement member charges have now been removed. Note: Retirement refers to the date you start drawing benefits from your BCF pension pot, not necessarily when you stop working. Members can set their retirement date any time after their 55th birthday and can continue to work after this date.
As required, we can assist you with services specific to your investment on a time cost basis at a rate of £40 to £125 per hour (excluding VAT). Wherever possible we will supply an estimate of the likely charges in advance.
